California Cooperative Oceanic Fisheries Investigations (CalCOFI) is a partnership between the Integrative Oceanography Division at SIO, National Marine Fisheries Service at the Southwest Fisheries Science Center La Jolla, & the California Dept of Fish & Game. This ancillary site of calcofi.org compiles information specific to the SIO portion of CalCOFI work. The SIO-CalCOFI Technical Group manages the CTD-rosette systems deployed on CalCOFI cruises and is responsible for the core seawater measurements (collection, analyses, & data processing) at sea.

The CalCOFI Technical Group at Scripps Institution of Oceanography offices reside on the second floor, north wing of Sverdrup Hall. (Link on Google Maps).
